Depot / Hardware Replacement

It happens. Devices sometimes break, whether they are dropped, crushed, or just simply stop working. Our Depot service enables us to keep a hot standby device available for you in the event a device in the field fails. We offer one day turnaround service on shipping and will send the new device the moment we get your call.

Toll-Free Support

Each NitorEDGE customer/user will be provided with a toll free number that he or she can call anytime that a problem arises. It is our goal to enable your employees to continue working with as few interruptions as possible which is why we include this service for you.
